Oily skin: what care is recommended?
When you run your fingers over your forehead do you feel like butter? And it's the same thing on the nose, the chin or even the cheeks? I'm joking of course, but if you have a greasy filter on your fingers or shiny skin, then you have oily skin. This fatty fluid is linked to an excessive secretion of sebum by the sebaceous glands. You thus produce much more sebum than normal skin. This involves different points that you will have to deal with in your special beauty routine for oily skin:
you will have to absorb the excess sebum in order to make your skin less shiny
it will be necessary to tighten the dilated pores to avoid the appearance of pimples and blackheads.
pimples and blackheads will have to be treated.
In short, there is a bit of work!

Treatment for cleansing oily skin
It is the most important care to do for oily skin, cleanse your skin well. Because as the pores of the skin are dilated, they become perfect places to welcome sebum, dead cells, fungi, bacteria, pollution... This is the reason why blackheads occur, not excess sebum. It is therefore important to have perfect hygiene of the skin of the face, especially in the morning. Because it is during the night that the production of sebum is the strongest. So to cleanse your skin, it is recommended:
to use a product in the morning to eliminate impurities and reduce excess sebum
to use a cleanser in the evening that will cleanse the skin of impurities received during the day.
To clean your oily skin, it is advisable to use gentle products, specially adapted to your skin type. Do not use basic soaps, as they will increase sebum production. You can use foaming gels, surgras breads without soap. You can also use micellar water, which will gently cleanse your skin, or lavender floral water.

Of course, if you use make-up for men, you will have to clean all the make-up well in the evening, to let your skin breathe as much as possible.
Care to moisturize oily skin
Even if your skin is oily, it is still necessary to moisturize it. But don't use just any moisturizer, use a moisturizer that's specially formulated for oily skin. They are usually water-based. They offer a much lighter texture than other moisturizers specific to other skin types.
Thus the moisturizer will not suffocate the skin and accelerate the dilation of the skin. Moisturizers for oily skin are mattifying, they will help absorb excess sebum.
Do scrubs and masks on oily skin
Contrary to what one might think, it is essential to exfoliate your face when you have oily skin. Because, due to excess sebum, the skin clogs more easily: it is therefore necessary to clean it thoroughly, with a scrub once a week, or even twice a week.
Similarly, it is recommended to make a clay mask once or twice a month, which absorbs excess sebum.
