The blackhead on the forehead should be removed with care so as not to have a disfigured forehead. Here are my tips for removing a blackhead on the forehead .

When we have a blackhead on the face, we immediately think of removing it. It's stronger than us, only see that on the face. But generally, when they are removed, it leaves traces and it is even more visible than when there was the blackhead. And this is all the more true when it comes to a blackhead on the forehead. Since the surface is very flat, we go free with the fingers, and the nails leave traces. Not to mention that it could cause an infected blackhead . As we men generally have short hair and the impossibility of hiding the forehead, here are my natural tips for removing a blackhead on the forehead, without doing any damage!

Why do you have a blackhead on your forehead?

If you have a blackhead on your forehead, it can be for two main reasons:

The blackhead on the forehead due to oily skin

If you have naturally oily skin then there is a good chance that you will have a shiny forehead , or an oily forehead as well. Because the forehead is part of this famous T zone which includes the nose and the chin. Besides, if you have a blackhead on your forehead, you must certainly also have blackheads on your nose or chin.

Oily skin means that you have excess sebum on this famous T-zone, which will accumulate on the skin and therefore on the forehead. It will thus go to take place in the pores of the skin and, in contact with the air, become black.

The blackhead on the forehead due to poorly cleansed skin

Another reason you may have a blackhead on your forehead is because you don't clean your skin enough. Not only sebum accumulates on the skin but also dead cells. You must therefore cleanse the skin with natural and gentle treatments, such as floral water . You can also exfoliate your face , emphasizing the forehead area.

The blackhead on the forehead because of the pores that are too open

You can also avoid the appearance of blackheads on the forehead by making sure to tighten the dilated pores of your skin, and this in a natural way. Indeed, if the pores of your skin are tightened, then there is no reason for the sebum to take place there. To tighten the pores, I advise you to spend every day, in the morning for example, an ice cube on your face and especially on your forehead.

Natural tips for removing a blackhead on the forehead

The steam bath to remove a blackhead on the forehead

Before starting to grind your blackhead on your forehead, rather before starting the massacre of your forehead, I advise you to do a facial steam bath .

Indeed, to help you remove the blackhead on the forehead more easily, you will have to clear the way for it. So that you have less to force, whether with your fingers (I don't recommend it) or with an accessory like a blackhead remover . The steam bath will allow the pores, in which your blackhead is embedded in the forehead, to open. Your forehead blackhead will be less locked in the pore and easier to get out.

To make a steam bath, simply boil water, put it in a bowl and lean over the bowl, with your head covered with a towel. Nothing's easier !

Honey to remove a blackhead on the forehead

We know that honey is a miracle product. This is why all species of bees must be protected. Honey indeed has many virtues, but it is also effective in removing blackheads, and in particular the blackhead on the forehead.

To use honey to remove a blackhead on the forehead, here are my tips:

  • Apply the honey to the area where the blackhead is on the forehead.

  • let sit for a good 15 minutes.

  • then simply rinse your forehead.

The honey will have the action of freeing the pores of your face, and in particular of your forehead if you apply it to the forehead. I advise you to do a steam bath of the face before if you have an encrusted blackhead , to facilitate the work of the honey. In addition, honey has an anti-bacterial and antioxidant action, which will prevent the appearance of new blackheads on the forehead.

Lemon juice to remove a blackhead on the forehead

So I should have written lemon juice, sweet almond oil and a toothbrush to be more precise!! Indeed, a very simple gesture to remove a blackhead on the forehead is to mix lemon juice (the quantity will vary depending on the number of blackheads to be removed) with sweet almond oil. It also works with another vegetable oil, such as olive oil.

The vegetable oil will have the effect of softening the blackhead and therefore facilitating its extraction. Then wet a toothbrush with this mixture and brush the blackhead.

Be careful however, do not go out directly in the sun after this treatment because lemon is photosensitizing and this could cause stains on the skin.
